Hi, I'm Brad... I'm an experienced Architectural Technologist and Director of B D Architectural Limited. I work directly with homeowners throughout their projects, from the first conversation and initial design ideas through planning and technical design.
You'll deal directly with me throughout your project — no call centres, account managers or being passed between different designers.
B D Architectural is a friendly, independent Architectural Designer based in Nottingham, which specialises in home extensions, renovations, conversions and residential improvements.
With extensive experience in residential design and construction, we help homeowners turn their ideas into practical, well-considered designs that make the most of their property. From the first conversation through to planning and detailed design, we aim to make the process clear, straightforward and easy to understand.
We believe good design should balance appearance, practicality, buildability and budget. Whether you are considering a small extension, a major remodel or simply want to understand what might be possible with your home, we can help develop your ideas and guide you through the design and approval process.
